This position will work closely with our Programs Director and will be in charge of overseeing our competitive gymnastics program, recreational gymnastics program, and preschool gymnastics program supervisors.
General Tasks & Responsibilities (30-40 hours/week)
- Leading, managing, and holding people accountable within their programs
- Scheduling staff, classes, and class rotations within their different programs
- Designing and implementing curricula for each large program
- Managing student life cycles enrolled in any of the large programs
- Training staff within their different programs
- Mentoring program supervisors
Qualified candidates must have general knowledge of the sport of gymnastics or related field, have management experience (1+ years preferred), and must be available to work 30-40 hours/week (our business days are Monday-Saturday). This is a full time position and can include coaching shifts along with managerial duties.
Desired skills & characteristics:
- Detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time-management skills, productivity-minded, able to plan ahead
- A team player who believes in our core values
- Highly accountable with the ability to hold others accountable while maintaining positive mentoring relationships
- Previous gymnastics coaching experience a plus (but not required)
- Experience in competitive gymnastics a plus (but not required)
Salary Range: $23 to $26.80 per hour (depending on industry experience)
